Description

ORIGIN

The Chardonnay vineyards are located in the Colchagua Valley, on the coast, in

the Litueche area. The Pinot Noir is located at the San Clemente pre mountain

range. Both areas allow to obtain fresh grapes, of high aromatic intensity and

with great natural acidity.

WINEMAKING

After a careful harvest by hand, the grapes are taken to the ce/lar for the

fermentation of the base wine. This fermentation occurs under strict

temperature control.

Then the second f ermentation wi/1 be carried out under the Charmat method.

Once fmished, the wine resting on its lees for 3 months before being bottled.

TASTING NOTES

Color:

Bright, a soft yellow color with slight golden highlights.

Nose:

Intense fruit aromas. Citrus notes, green apple and a delicate

floral aroma.

Palate:

Subtle entry into the mouth. Round palate and great freshness, with a

vibrant acidity.

AGEING RECOMMENDATIONS

Enjoy as an appetizer, with white fish, fresh seafood and pasta served with soft

sauces. Serve at 8 ºC.
