Delivery service arrangements

• We offer Free delivery (single location ONLY) for purchases over HK$ 500. For any orders under HK$500 a delivery charge of HK$ 50 shall apply.


• Purchases are couriered within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ONLY


• Delivery coverage includes all Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories locations EXCEPT:
  • All outlying islands, Restricted Areas & Remote Area


• We will deliver your order normally within 3-4 working days after successful payment, but may take longer depending on the time of purchase confirmation, delivery destination and your delivery preference


• We will not verify the recipient’s identity and bears no responsibility for this.


• Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If the delivery is in vain without someone to sign, a fee of HK$30 will be charged for next delivery requested.
  
  
• If stairs of level 4 or above are required (e.g. tenement houses, village houses, etc.), a stair-climbing fee will be charged.
  All stairs fees will be collected by the transportation company directly from customer in cash5 cases (60 bottles) is HK$30 for each twelve steps.

Store pickup

Terms and Conditions

• Store self-pickup service is only applicable to designated products and designated Wai Shing Wine & Spirits stores.
• Each order can only be shipped to a single store
• After the order is confirmed, the selected store pickup service cannot be changed to a delivery service, and the selected pickup store cannot be changed to another store.
• If the selected pickup store is closed due to weather and other factors, you can go to the store to pick up the goods the next day.
• If the identity of the person picking up the goods cannot be verified, we will refuse the person to receive the relevant order to protect the interests of customers.
• Pick-up period: Within 3 days from the arrival date (Example: The arrival date is March 10, the pick-up period is March 10 – March 12)
• The color of the product may be slightly different due to differences in computer screen settings. The actual product shall prevail.
• If the goods cannot be picked up within the pick-up period, the order will be returned to the warehouse and Wai Shing Wine & Spirits reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees and storage fees from the customer.
• There will be no refund or exchange arrangement for overdue goods returned to the warehouse; 
  
• If the customer fails to pick up the goods more than 90 days from the pickup date, it will be deemed that the customer has given up on processing the order, and the arrangement for self-pickup of the goods will be canceled without further notice, and the company will not refund the customer. or compensation of any kind.
• We will do our best to deliver the goods to the designated stores as scheduled, but it may be delayed, suspended or rescheduled due to actual conditions such as traffic, region, weather and other factors, regardless of whether the reasons for the delay or inability to pick up the goods are under our control. Within the scope, the company does not assume any responsibility.
• In case of any dispute, Wai Shing Wine & Spirits reserves the right to make the final decision.

Pickup Process

1. -When filling in the delivery and payment methods, select "Store Pickup (...)" as the delivery method.
2. -When filling in the delivery information, select "Pickup Store"
3. -Customers must go to the designated store to pick up the goods at the designated pick-up time within 3 days from the selected arrival date
4. -When picking up the goods, please provide the Whatsapp or email information of the order (including the order number) to the store clerk so that the store clerk can verify the order information and arrange for pickup.
5. -Store staff may require customers to provide further information to verify identity (such as orderer/recipient phone number)
6. -After confirming that the information is correct, the clerk will take out the goods and hand them over to the customer on the spot. The customer must sign for the delivery note to confirm it.
7. -Customers can bring their own shopping bags to the selected store to pick up the goods, or they can purchase them in the store.
