LA MAISON TEA ROYAL

Three winemakers from Südsteiermark — Johannes Firmenich, Stefan and Bernhard Schauer — joined forces to create an alcohol-free sparkling tea that serves as a genuine alternative to classic sparkling wines. An elegant, effervescent drink with fine bubbles that adds a touch of glamour to every sip. C’est la vie – full of sparkling moments.

PERFECT SERVE
Ce n’est pas du thé. Tea Royal is best enjoyed chilled in a wine or champagne glass. There’s a simple reason for that: our alcohol-free sparkling tea is the refreshing alternative to classic sparkling wines. Its fine blend of selected teas, herbs, and spices effervesces with elegance, enhanced by the refined sparkle of our Tea Royal. Perfect for toasting, celebrating, or simply savoring the moment.

TASTING NOTE
Golden color and fine perlage. On the nose, notes of apple peel, juicy pear, and hay blossom. The palate reveals layers of ripe orchard fruit and dried herbs, supported by a dense structure with harmonious roasted aromas and subtle tannins from oak barrel aging. A truly refined alcohol-free indulgence.

FOOD PAIRING
An excellent aperitif for special occasions or a fine companion to warm appetizers featuring noble sea fish, shellfish, light meats, or roasted vegetables. It also pairs beautifully with rich pasta dishes made with egg, mushrooms, Parmesan, and truffle, as well as with flavorful BBQ dishes and spicy sauces.
