Description

GRAPE VARIETIES:

Sauvignon Blanc andGrenache blanc.

VINEYARD:

The vineyard issituated on the southeastern side of the southern part of Ardèche. It isplanted on drought-resistant gentle slopes made up of soils that are chieflychalky-clay as well as a small percent of sandstone.

WINEMAKING:

The harvest iscarried out when the temperature is at its lowest. The grapes undergo directpressing and the alcoholic fermentation takes place between 15°and 16°C. The malo-lactic fermentation has been blocked.

TASTING NOTES

This wine is a yellow-green color. It boasts appetizing floral and fruity aromas. The palate is fresh and fruity with mineral nuances and discreet citrus notes.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

This wine is perfect as a kir when mixed with chestnut liquor and goes well with fresh water fish, shellfish and seafood.
