This third releasein Johnnie Walker's Blue Label Ghost & Rare series shines a light on thelong-closed Glenury Royal Distillery. As with the previous bottlings (whichfocussed on Brora and Port Ellen), the rare whisky from this lost distillerysits at the core of the blend. Alongside Glenury Royal’s single malt, masterblender Dr. Jim Beveridge used malts from Pittyvaich, Glen Elgin, Inchgower,Glenlossie, and Glenkinchie, as well as grains from Cambus and Cameronbridge tobuild out the expression.
