TASTING NOTE
Golden color and fine perlage. On the nose, notes of apple peel, juicy pear, and hay blossom. The palate reveals layers of ripe orchard fruit and dried herbs, supported by a dense structure with harmonious roasted aromas and subtle tannins from oak barrel aging. A truly refined alcohol-free indulgence.
FOOD PAIRING
An excellent aperitif for special occasions or a fine companion to warm appetizers featuring noble sea fish, shellfish, light meats, or roasted vegetables.
