A freshfestive twist on the cognac sour, bursting with zesty flavor. Golden hued kumquatsyrup amplifies the facets of Rémy Martin CLUB and signifies a positive startto the Chinese New Year. Kumquat in Pinyin is translated literally as ‘orangemade of gold’, meaning good fortune.

Ingredients.45ml Rémy Martin CLUB, 15ml kumquat syrup, 15ml Verjuice or lemon juice, 2dashes of Peychaud bitters, 10ml egg white optional*, kumquat slice to garnish

How to?Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, top with ice and shake. Pour into an octagonalglass and top with slice of kumquat.
