Varietal: Chardonnay

VINIFICATION AND VINTAGE

The wine is vinified with the traditional Burgundian process. The ageing has been done in vats during 15 months to bring freshness and maturity. Follows an ageing in bottles to improve the wine’s blanace, taking advantage of slow and natural oxidation which allows the wine to open and develop its flavours.

2018: Cold winter with good rainfall, and almost summertime spring.Brightly colored wines, very expressive and gourmet aromas, and silky tannins.

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful yellow gold colour with green reflections.

Intense nose where the Chardonnay reveals itslef in a well-mastered woody universe, nuanced by notes of citrus bringing lots of freshness.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Can be served as an aperitif. To enjoy with baked crab,roasted salmon with hollandaise sauce, grilled veal or cheese fondue.
