INNOVATION THROUGH PRECISION
The collection’s first two editions, Bonneuil 2005 and Bonneuil 2006, have developed a strong interest worldwide amongst sommeliers, whisky and cognac lovers, connoisseurs and Hine aficionados.
This release of the Bonneuil 2008 opus, a limited edition of 16 barrels. Bonneuil 2008 is impressively lively and elegant. Its packaging is in a vibrant coral colour reflecting the cranberry notes highlighted by Eric Forget, Cellar Master of the Maison Hine.
Smooth on the nose with evocative aromas of cranberry, ripe apricot and mountain honey. Slightly sharp hints of citrus on the palate.
DOMAINES HINE BONNEUIL COLLECTION
Bonneuil is a single-estate, single-harvest cognac that our cellar master voluntarily releases in its youth, 10 years after harvest.
Why? To reveal the particular identity of the eaux-de-vie born on selected limestone lots from our vineyards in Bonneuil. Bonneuil is Hine’s way of stepping off the beaten track with a unique expression of our vines, our terroir, without blending. A micro-provenance approach.
