SEASON
2018 is the year of the perfect climate trajectory. A gift from nature. The sun is omnipresent. There is 25% more sunshine than average in spring. The summer heat exceeds the records set in 2003.
The water trajectory is perfect. There is water in the soil until flowering thanks to the winter and spring rains. The summer is drier, allowing for the gradual development of conditions favorable to quality.
Despite generous yields, ripening is rapid. This is the fifth harvest in August (after 2003, 2007, 2011 and 2017) and the earliest, with harvesting starting around 20 August.
