Offida D.O.C.G. Pecorino

BIO VEGAN DEMETER

The result of Demeter biodynamic certified farming, this Pecorino wine reinforces the union between Ciù, Offida, the Pecorino grape variety and tradition.

The straw yellow colour wine with golden reflections is bright, lively and vivacious. On the nose it reveals good intensity with a dominant olfactory sensation of golden delicious apple; with the second nose it produces notes of aromatic herbs: sage and mint. Notes of tropical fruits and fresh yellow flowers follow on, the peach is yellow and the citrus note presents hints of lime peel; vegetable notes to finish

With a decisive and rich taste, on the palate it is dry, soft, fresh, pleasantly zesty and well balanced. The persistence is long with fruit and vegetable references. A slightly bitter finish completes a gustatory profile of good intensity.
