Winemaking: Perfectly ripe and intact grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration. After pressing and clarification, fermentation takes place in barrique barrels. The wine is aged in large oak barrels until bottling.

Aroma: Pronounced aroma of ripe fruit with notes of acacia flower, honey and a hint of vanilla.
Taste: Mouth-filling, rich, with good balancing acidity. The exceptional minerality and lingering finish attest to the wine's pedigree.
