History

300 years of passion and audacity has built the legacy that is Martell, the oldest of the great Cognac houses. From Jean Martell’s initial search for the world’s finest eaux-de-vie, to the 2017 release of Martell’s trailblazing Blue Swift, the audacity of a great house never rests.

Martell XO

Martell XO is the House's interpretation of the prestigious Grande Champagne terroir. It balances the power and intensity of Grande Champagne with the elegance of the rare Borderies cru, which has been the signature of Maison Martell for more than 300 years.

Martell Cordon Bleu

Martell Cordon Bleu is endowed with beautiful complexity and rich aromas, making it a legendary cognac. Its high proportion of Borderies marks this blend, expanding on its caramelised character with the smoothness of sweet spices, gingerbread and roasted cocoa beans.

Martell VSOP Red Barrel

Martell VSOP is a refined rounded cognac with luscious aromas of apricot and vine peach. These notes blend harmoniously with the subtle woody overtones revealed by aging in red barrels of fine-grained oak.

Martell XXO

Martell Chanteloup XXO is a divine blend of over 450 eaux-de-vie from the four most prestigious cognac crus, the youngest of which is 14 years old. Expect nothing less than fullness, balance, power and elegance with luscious aromas of honey, vine peach and apricot, supported by hints of fig, almonds and walnuts.

Martell Cordon Bleu Extra Cognac

Amber in colour, with a mahogany tone. Firstly, ‘Tarte Tatin’ notes with sweet spices such as cinnamon. Then fine notes of dried apricots, grapes and almonds. Well rounded mellowness.
