The Hine vineyard covers 115 hectares, with 95 hectares located in the heart of Grande Champagne near the village of Bonneuil, and 20 hectares in Petite Champagne. The collection of the Domaines Bonneuil reflects the limestone terroir of Grande Champagne in its most precise expression, showcasing a single harvest and a single plot. The philosophy behind this collection is to closely connect with the wine and showcase the character of the Premier Cru cognac soils from which the vines derive their identity

Conveying an incontestable sense of joy, Bonneuil 2006 is reminiscent of Jules and Jim running behind Catherine in the François Truffaut film. Radiant and expressive lychee awakens honeyed aromas, which in turn evoke soft nougat. A subtle mineral tension that is characteristic of the young cognacs from these plots highlights notes of toasted bread and recalls a longing for mirabelle plum tart…
