For the2010 harvest, the mandarin notes announce a lively cognac bursting withfreshness and ripe fruits. The Ugni Blanc grapes were not affected by the heavyrainfall at the beginning of June, as their flowering occurred shortly after,basking in a sunny September. A touch of acidity was maintained, which isessential for the future equilibrium of wines and eaux-de-vie duringdistillation.

Lively onthe nose with evocative aromas of tangerine, vine peach, and toasted bread.With remarkable tension and elegance, Bonneuil 2010 reveals great concentrationand a lingering finish.
