Varietal: Chardonnay

VINIFICATION AND VINTAGE

The wine is vinified with the traditional Burgundian process. The ageing has been done in vats during 15 months to bring freshness and maturity. Follows an ageing in bottles to improve the wine’s blanace, taking advantage of slow and natural oxidation which allows the wine to open and develop its flavours.

2016: Characterized by elegant wines with nice acidity, supple tannins and expressing intense fresh berry aromas

TASTING NOTES

Pure gold-green, a high fashion dress that evolves, with age,towards light yellow.

On the nose, we find intense mineral aromas (flint, gunflint) but also notes of lime blossom, dried fruits, honey and almond. The mousseron brings a touch of strong typicity.

On the palate, the perfect balance between acidity and fatness, liveliness and dryness: all the charm of an inimitable wine with an authentic source.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Ideal with foies gras, oysters, lobsters in white sauce or all fine fish in cream sauce as well as white meats and poultry in cream sauce.
