Four Fox Saké was born because saké as a product category is underrated and untapped,
compared to vodka, whiskey, or champagne for example. 90% of drinkers could not name you
a famous/luxury brand of saké, whereas they easily could for other drinks/spirits. Four Fox
Saké aims to fill this gap, revitalise what is a traditional and old-fashioned category, and make
sake cool and desirable by establishing partnerships with the hottest venues around the globe.
Four Fox Saké should always be served chilled. Some cheaper or more earthy styles of saké
benefit from being served warm, but a refined Junmai Daiginjo will always express itself best
when cold. Straight up or on the rocks is the best way to enjoy it. That being said, it also mixes
extremely well in cocktails (some of our signature 'Foxtails' are displayed on our website) and
this is another great way in which to enjoy The Fox.
Aromas of green melon, cantaloupe, and apple on the nose. Off-dry and elegant, those pleasant melon flavors are joined by undertones of steamed rice. Gentle in the mouth, leading to an exceptionally soft and clean finish.
